Vehicle Availability
Vehicle inventory displayed on this website is for informational purposes only.
Vehicle availability, rental rates, mileage, features, and specifications may change without notice.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle.
Rental Payments
Rental rates vary depending on vehicle selection and availability.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- First week’s rental payment is due before vehicle pickup
- A security deposit equal to one week’s rent may be required
- Deposit requirements may vary depending on circumstances
- All payments must be made according to the agreed rental schedule
Failure to make payments when due may result in termination of the rental agreement.
Minimum Rental Requirement
Vehicle rentals require a minimum rental commitment of four (4) consecutive weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Early termination may be subject to additional fees or penalties under the applicable rental agreement.
Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and the rental agreement.
Drivers are responsible for operating vehicles safely and legally at all times.
Prohibited activities may include:

- Reckless driving

- Vehicle modifications
- Use by unauthorized drivers
Violation of these requirements may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Insurance Coverage
Eligible rentals include commercial insurance coverage as provided under the applicable rental agreement.
Coverage terms, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, and driver responsibilities are governed by the insurance policy and rental agreement.
Drivers remain responsible for complying with all insurance requirements.
Maintenance and Repairs
Routine maintenance and covered repairs are included during the rental period.
Drivers must promptly report maintenance concerns, mechanical issues, or vehicle damage.
Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed unless approved in advance.
Unlimited Mileage
Vehicles may include unlimited mileage as stated in the rental agreement.
Any restrictions, exclusions, or misuse of the vehicle may affect eligibility for unlimited mileage benefits.
Rent-to-Own Program
Kumato Ride Share Rentals may offer a rent-to-own opportunity for eligible drivers.
Participation requirements, ownership eligibility, payment obligations, and qualification criteria are governed by separate agreements.

Third-Party Platforms
References to Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or other companies are for informational purposes only.
Kumato Ride Share Rentals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies unless expressly stated otherwise.
Drivers are responsible for meeting the requirements of any platform they choose to use.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
